Murder accused in custody of Moradabad police

Car driver Ramratan, resident of Naya Moradabad, Majhola, was murdered by three miscreants to rob the car. The police arrested the three accused on Tuesday and exposed the murder case. Main accused Abhay Vishnoi, resident of Bijnor, had to drive to Baghpat to meet his girlfriend.
Therefore, he conspired with his two other friends and booked Ram Ratan’s car from the taxi stand located at Imperial Tiraha, Moradabad. After taking him to Bilari, killing him by drowning him in a pond, they looted the car and ran away.
SSP Hemraj Meena told that at around 5 am on March 2, three youths had booked Ratratan’s car and taken it away from the Imperial Tiraha taxi stand of Kotwali. Ramratan was missing since then. Meanwhile, on March 5, a dead body was found in the pond located in Tisba village of Bilari police station area.
A photo studio card was found in the deceased’s pocket. With the help of this card, the deceased was identified as car driver Ram Ratan, resident of Naya Moradabad, Majhola. The post mortem report confirmed death by drowning. SOG worked on this case.
With the help of the footage of the taxi stand, the team caught Abhay Vishnoi, a resident of Bhagwanpur Reni of Seohara police station area of Bijnor, his friend Deep Vishnoi, who lives in the same village, and Madhur Chaudhary, a resident of Azampur village of Bilari police station area.
On the behest of the accused, Ramratan’s car parked in Kailasha of Amroha was also recovered. During police interrogation, accused Abhay Vishnoi told that he had to go to Baghpat to meet his girlfriend. For this a car was needed.
He had booked the car with the help of his friends. Had booked a car from Ramratan for Thakurdwara. After sitting in the car, pressure was put on Ram Ratan to take the car to Baghpat but Ram Ratan refused to go.
After this, Ramratan’s hands and feet were tied and he was killed by drowning him in the pond located in Tisaba village of Bilari. After this they ran away with his car. On Tuesday afternoon, all three were produced in the court and sent to jail.
